The Group Manager – Services Partnering will lead a team of International Partner Managers within Group Managed Services who develop and manage Computacenter's global services partner network. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership, partner management and business development within the IT services sector.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of partner managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenter's overall Managed Services growth objectives.
- Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes.
- Identify, recruit, and on-board strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Computacenter's service standards and customer needs.
- Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenter's services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenter’s competitiveness and support growth.
Performance indicators
- Effective management and development of the partner managers.
- Effective cascade and delivery of the team’s objectives
- Partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target.
- Growth in Managed Services revenue generated through partner engagements.
What you'll need
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Extensive experience in partner management
- Experience with contract negotiation and management.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- International business experience
