Group Information Systems – Head of Customer Engagement

Location:             Hatfield / Manchester

This opportunity is an exciting Senior Leadership role, setting strategy for all aspects of the Tooling Enablement Organisation function/Customer Engagement. Tooling Enablement is a key function for us who, by delivering technology outcomes for new or existing portfolio of customer through both “Pre-Sales support & In-Life Engagement”

To enable you to undertake this, we must ensure full engagement with all necessary stakeholders both inside and outside of our Group IS function.  

 

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead, steer and set strategy for Tooling Enablement

•             Drive and assure alignment of strategy with key business stakeholders

•             Assure full understanding of the pipeline for TE and other GIS teams

•             Establish productive relationships and networks on all levels

•             Enable the TE team members to be successful in their roles/jobs

•             Manages a team across the Group over multiple geographies

•             Ensure customer and employee satisfaction is as expected

•             Assure robust and reliable engagement process in place

•             Accountable for overall budget of TE

 

The ideal candidate

•             Is a true and engaging leader, people matter

•             Very good understanding of the contractual services we offer

•             Good presentation & communication skills

•             Experience of managing cross country and P&L/budgets

•             Experience to develop divisional strategy aligned with business needs

•             Dealing with and influencing multi-tier management

•             Fluent English, ideally another core country language
