What you’ll do
As our Group FP&A Manager, you’ll lead the Group-level financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making. You’ll own core planning cycles, drive actionable insights, and ensure the Group has the clarity and transparency needed to deliver on its ambitions.
In this role, you will:
Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across the Computacenter Group
- Ensure financial models, assumptions, and scenarios are robust and consistent
- Provide sensitivity and scenario analysis to support executive-level decisions
Deliver Insightful Performance Analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance
- Provide insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership
Drive High‑Quality Reporting
- Produce internal Executive Packs with clear commentary and recommendations
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for senior stakeholders and the Board
- Continuously enhance reporting tools and processes
Partner Across the Business
- Build strong relationships across Group functions
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on financial decisions and strategic initiatives
- Support ad hoc finance projects that influence Group‑wide outcomes
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Manage and mentor analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Champion best‑practice FP&A processes across the Group
Enhance Processes & Systems
- Drive improvements in planning tools and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards
- Embed standardised processes and methodologies across teams
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, influential, and comfortable operating at senior levels within a complex and evolving organisation.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex data to financial and non-financial audiences
- Confidence in building relationships across senior and Executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP (desirable)
- Project management capability
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change
