The landscape of Global Mobility (GM) is evolving at Computacenter, we are a growing international business and need to take steps to reassess our service and set ourselves up for the future. We are also undertaking a Business Travel Compliance review and as a result, we need to bolster the GM team for a period.
We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Global Mobility Advisor to join our GM team on a 9-month fixed term contract. You’ll report to the Group Reward Manager and also be supervised day-to-day by the Global Mobility Manager. You’ll work closely with the Global Mobility Consultant to deliver standard operational mobility tasks, while also helping to bring structure and organisation to the team’s existing processes. You’ll support a change project that will come out of the Business Travel Compliance review, contributing to planning, testing, software implementation, communication and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do
Operational Support
- Support the team with specific day-to-day Global Mobility activities in respect of short & long-term assignments, permanent transfers, and business travel compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless mobility processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for global mobility cases.
- Update the internal guidance on our internal Global Mobility & Business Travel pages
Project Support
- Play an active role in the Business Travel Compliance review (which will include software implementation), supporting the Group Reward Manager with project coordination.
- Organise meetings, manage diaries, record and follow up on actions, and keep project documentation up to date.
- Draft communications to keep stakeholders informed and follow up on deadlines.
- Assist with project planning, testing, data validation, and implementation.
- Track milestones, support status reporting, and help resolve issues.
Process Improvement & Organisation
- Help streamline team workflows and documentation.
- Review practices to improve task management and coordination.
- Assist in creating clear processes and templates for consistency and efficiency.
- Respond to queries in the Business Traveller and Reward shared mailboxes on behalf of the team.
- Keep an up-to-date team status report.
What you’ll need
- 2 years relocation or immigration experience in Europe/Americas.
- Minimum 1 year experience of in-house global mobility or international HR operations.
- Understanding of mobility processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with project management principles and software implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex, high-pressure projects—ideally with global scope.
- Experience with mobility software or business travel compliance tools is a plus.
- Highly adaptable and resilient, able to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities and challenging deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, self-sufficient and organised.
- Collaborative, team-focused, with excellent communication.
