Employer Branding Specialist

Your new role

In this unique role, you will feel equally at home in contributing to the development of our employer brand strategy and working on the front line, delivering engaging and effective recruitment campaigns. However, you won’t be alone as you’ll have a great team to support you. You will be working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Group Employer Branding Manager and Group Employer Branding Consultants. You will also regularly collaborate with our Talent Acquisition teams, our colleagues in marketing and internal communications, and business stakeholders.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

Fundamentally, you’ll need to be passionate about people and value communicating effectively, particularly for talent acquisition and improving our employee experience.

 

With a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, social media or communications, you’ll ideally have 1- or 2-years’ experience in a similar or related role.You will also have an aptitude to successfully develop, manage and execute inspiring campaigns and projects in a demanding, international environment.

Therefore, you should have an appreciation of the different cultural perspectives of working with international teams.

 

And if you can write great copy and you have an eye for detail, then that’s even better!
