Employee Health & Wellbeing Lead

Location: Must be commutable to Hatfield (with Hybrid available)

Do you have a proven track record of delivering successful Wellbeing programmes?

The successful candidate will work closely with our UK HR team and the business to empower, promote and improve the health and wellbeing for our people. You will be passionate about starting initiatives and delivering on successful wellbeing programs.

 

Wellbeing pillars: Mental, Physical, Financial & Social Wellbeing

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Driving our wellbeing strategy forwards to ensure our people are engaged and thriving
  • Be at the forefront of the development, planning and implementation of wellbeing programmes and activities
  • Managing our wellbeing calendar of events and awareness days
  • Working closely with our internal employee networks
  • Looking at new opportunities to engage and increase employee awareness of wellbeing matters across the business
  • Establishing and leading relationships with external partners and agencies that result in a joined up and collaborative approach to the delivery of wellbeing related programmes
  • Working closely with the UK and international HR teams as well as wider business as appropriate
  • Running internal wellbeing workshops
  • Sharing best practice with our international wellbeing colleagues. E.g. Germany and France
  • Playing an active part of the international wellbeing team to work on global initiatives for global wellbeing events and projects

 

Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders

  • Managing the Mental Health First Aider programme – working closely with our partner MIND – arranging training and refreshers
  • Running wellbeing champion calls, arranging speakers, updating team on HR initiatives, gathering feedback
  • Carrying out wellbeing champion inductions

 

Administration

  • Reviewing health questionnaires for new starters and where necessary working with internal teams to ensure appropriate support/equipment is in place
  • Managing internal calendar of events and awareness days
  • Conduct and analyse wellbeing surveys
  • Working closely with our People Advisory and People Analytics teams to analyse and interpret data; Help identify key trends and the effectiveness of interventions available
  • Maintaining the content of UK wellbeing intranet site
  • Writing wellbeing content

 

What you’ll need

 

  • Experience in a similar wellbeing role
  • Keen interest in employee wellbeing is a must
  • Proven experience of running wellbeing programmes
  • Self-starter, proactive nature, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to track, understand and interpret data and trends to drive real change
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
