IT Demand Operator
Assures day to day that the IT demand & capacity management process and respective data is maintained and available to run the process effective and run reporting.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Operational owner of the Demand & Capacity Management Process end to end
- Set-up and maintain data into the process, assures up to date data (weekly)
- Support to put the Demand process is put in place, is actively managed and adhered to
- Establish report on status of all Demand items in the process
- Assures a demand dashboard is in place

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has good knowledge and understanding of an IT demand & capacity management process (ideally has done it already)
- Is a driven & structured process person
- Fluent English
