IT Demand & Capacity Manager

Role Description – 

Operational owner of the Demand & Capacity Management Process, defines, assures and drives process along the agreed rules and provides transparency of the full demand and capacity across all functions in this area of the business.


Accountabilities – 

  • Full ownership of the IT Demand & Capacity Management Process 
  • Setup of an IT Demand & Capacity Process
  • Actively Manage, assure adherence to the process
  • Report on status of all demand items in the process. OLA reporting
  • Get demand dashboard in place, updated on a monthly basis
  • Understand and report capacity of all productive GIS teams
  • Manage the team of demand and capacity
  • Prepare the prioritisation sessions & share and document results


The ideal Candidate –


  • Has good knowledge and understanding of an IT demand & capacity management process (ideally has done it already)
  • Is a driven and structured process person, able to manage a process over all hierarchy levels
  • Influencer, management behaviour
  • Fluent English, ideally another core language
