Digital Experience Centers are a global team operating out of 12 countries providing remote workplace services for Global Businesses. We are on a journey to transform the technology and processes to best enable our 2500 strong team to deliver outstanding services for our customers. The team is growing whilst aiming to further standardise how we operate, and to do that we need to leverage our data capabilities. During this apprenticeship, you will be part of the Global Operations and Delivery (GOD) team within the Digital Experience Center (DEC). GOD drives the delivery of strategic goals, ensures operational excellence and works with other central functions across the business so that services are delivered, maintained, and constantly evolved to reflect market and customer needs. We are targeting to becoming a fully automated Data Driven Decision Making arm of the business.

 

There are two main focuses areas of expertise: Collecting and analysing data to identify trends that help inform leaderships decision making. Cleansing and modelling outcomes to test viability of AI (generative and predictive) and Machine Learning models to improve reporting and planning in the workspaces. This role will lean into supporting with Governance, Security as well as Customer Journeys.

 

For the duration for your programme, you will be studying towards a level 4 Data Analyst qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship you will dedicate 80% of your time in work and 20% studying toward your qualification.

 

What you’ll do

Data Analyst responsibilities include working closely with the Global Head of Operations to prepare comprehensive plans for service optimisation, proactive resource planning, Service Level Agreement alignment trajectories as well as a host of other initiatives that will emerge with the adoption of new technology platforms. Therefore, you will:

 

  • Assist the Head of Global Operations and wider team with data modelling to devise ways to monitor and proactively adjust ways of working.
  • Work with Operational Excellence to create and maintain comprehensive data visualisation boards and identify global opportunities to present to the leadership team.  
  • Liaise with internal teams to assign tasks and assist with workforce management. 
  • Analyse risks and opportunities uncovered with our enriched data view.
  • Use problem solving skills and take appropriate actions to manage and correct data issues, should any arise.
  • Be a key point of contact for Global Service Operations Managers, as well as sharing any relevant communications.
  • Assist in financial management processes, including forecasting, monitoring, and tracking DEC finances.
  • Work with technology teams to create data standards and requirements for DEC.

 

 

What you’ll need

As you can tell this exciting role will give you a lot of skills and knowledge, but we do have some requirements upfront.

 

As well as a strong interest in data analytics you should be able to demonstrate the following.

 

  • For the apprenticeship qualification, we require you to hold a minimum of two ’s at GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in both Maths and English Language.
  • You should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
  • You must also be confident in using computer software including Microsoft office.
