Life on the team
As a Data Analyst at Computacenter, you’ll support key business functions by producing accurate reporting, analysing performance data, and ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customer-facing functions, helping to improve service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and insights, improving reporting processes, and ensuring accuracy across management information.
This is a hybrid role, combining time working from home with onsite presence as required to support business and customer needs.
 

What you’ll do

  • Produce and maintain management information reports, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Work within an Agile scrum team continually reviewing requirements with product owners, data analysts, and stakeholders to provide incremental value each sprint.
  • Work within an international team with people based across several countries.
  • Present work to stakeholders & customers in sprint reviews.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into clear outputs.
  • Analyse requirements against data to ensure that reporting outputs tell a story providing useful insights to make decisions.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through reliable and insightful reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Computacenter Information Security standards.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Devops & SharePoint to support data capture, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct FAT testing to ensure accuracy when releasing reports and datasets into production.
  • Model data using Power BI.
     

What you’ll need

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Data Modelling, Excel and wider Microsoft applications such as Devops & SharePoint.
  • SQL Knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
  • Proven customer service mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills, with confidence working across multiple teams.
  • Ability to organise workload effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Security cleared or the ability to go through clearance essential.
