Customer Executive

We are looking to recruit a Customer Executive for our fun and friendly team that will provide effective and efficient support to Account Managers and clients across a range in global clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer orders and will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Working closely with group technology sourcing you will ensure that you get close to the customer, understand their requirements driving growth and customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities

  • Be first point of contact for customers, vendors/suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Working on Multiple accounts supporting with orders from global clients
  • Drive process efficiencies to ensure that the customer experience delivered is outstanding
  • Manage deployment schedules and issuance of call off instructions for sales order processing team
  • Responsible for the management of customer stock, working closely with purchasing, configuration and logistics
  • Responsible for pricing and margin decisions, working closely with account managers contributing to pricing strategies
  • Optimising margins and profits
  • Coordinate quote and order management with service providers
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are efficient and effective
  • Responsible to deliver customer SLA’s, reporting and service reviews
  • Ensure any queries are resolved promptly


The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within an internal sales department preferably with in the IT industry
  • Able to build relationships with multiples internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to deal with med to large organisations
  • Able to cross sell and upsell by getting to know the customer and requirements
  • Sales orientated, driven to succeed with commercial acumen
  • Able to problem solve and work under own initiative
  • Able to assess processes and implement any changes to drive efficiencies
  • Can contribute ideas to ensure team success
  • Customer service focussed
  • Willing to travel
