As a Customer Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients in Public Sector.You’ll be at the heart of customer operations – connecting sales, logistics, purchasing, experts and service teams to ensure we deliver smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service at every step. Through close collaboration and proactive support, you’ll help put the customer at the centre of decision‑making while supporting profitable sales growth.This role offers strong exposure to complex customer environments, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to develop your commercial and customer management skills within a fast‑paced, international organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main contact for customers, vendors/suppliers, and internal teams for customer‑related topics
- Own the end‑to‑end customer experience and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Manage customer deployment schedules and issue call‑off instructionsOversee and optimise customer stock in collaboration with Purchasing and Logistics teams
- Make pricing and margin decisions in line with the pricing strategy and commercial objectives
- Coordinate the quotation and order management process
- Ensure delivery to customer SLAsCo-ordinate the resolution of customer/account queries promptly
- Suggest and implement improvement actionsIdentifiy and participate in process-optimisation initiatives to support efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need
- First experience (1-3 years) in an internal sales department, dealing with large or medium‑sized customers
- Commercial or commercial‑technical trainingStrong customer and sales orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentOrganisational skills, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Good understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, and customer needs
- Ability to use knowledge of key business drivers to seek optimal outcomes
- Ability to articulate customer needs and deliver consistent, high‑quality service Skills in active listening and probing to understand priorities and concerns
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success
