Commercial Manager

Computacenter our looking for their next Commercial Manager. Within this role you will own the commercial relationship with our customers, negotiate changes with the customers and manage the commercial change process. In addition to this, you will work efficiently with the accounts team to agree to appropriate margins and pricing. Furthermore, you will drive commercial behaviours and thinking across Service Management. By succeeding in this role, you will develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with the customer and sales teams to drive profitability, growth, renewals, and customer advocacy

 

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the end-to-end commercial process with the customer
  • Drives profitability and growth through effective customer negotiations and ISP cost management
  • Manages (or delegates the management of) the customer billing & PO processes
  • Manages the commercial change process to ensure all cost and revenue changes are documented and approved
  • Collaborates with the Int. Commercial Manager & finance teams to ensure all impacts of change and variances are accurately reported in P&L forecast
  • Understands, monitors, and supports the management of all contractual commercial triggers
  • Manage Indexation & Service Credits process

 

Skills and Knowledge Needed:

  • Demonstrable commercial expertise of global services
  • Proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment
  • Effective communications skills at all levels
  • Highly skilled in decision-making and negotiation
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Demonstrable experience of management in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in French or German is desirable
