Our team
The Sales Enablement Western Europe team is a team that sits within our sales division that supports our sales teams and other key areas of the business to deliver against our strategic objectives and enable success for our customers, people, partners, and planet.
We do this by helping to bring new talent into sales organisation and delivering sales development & education to ensure they have all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Providing business insight and critical tools as processes to support strategic customer engagement and organisational growth. Whilst also helping to drive key initiatives to help to improve the way we work and help to create an environment where our employees can thrive.
About the apprenticeship Programme
For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will dedicate 80% of your time in work and 20% studying toward your qualification.
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for talented and driven individuals, who is keen on building on their already existing qualifications, to join our team as a Sales Enablement Coordinator.
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will get the opportunity to understand how our business operates, meet key stakeholders from across the business and support and lead on a variety of projects which will help us to enable our people to succeed. After an in-depth induction, you will also support with the following day to day activities.
- Managing the teams shared mailbox and responding to any queries.
- Facilitating and organising programme events and supporting diary management
- Liaising with both internal and external providers to book in training and events.
- Gathering feedback from key stakeholders and the wider business to help us develop our people, programmes, and drive the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Developing content for our internal web pages
- Supporting with recruitment and onboarding activities for our talent programmes
What should you bring with you?
As well as a strong interest in business and for working in the technology industry you should be able to demonstrate the following.
- Minimum of two GCSE’s graded 4–9 (C-A*) including English language and Maths.
- We are also looking for you to have good communication skills as you will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of different stakeholders.
- You must also be confident in using computer software including Microsoft Office
- Ability to showcase your creativeness and a proactive and innovative mindset
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- A strong desire to not only learn but to also achieve!
