International Business Change Programme Manager

 

Base location: Any Computacenter UK location is an option, however whilst this is can be a hyrid working arrangement, there will be international travel involved.

 

The Business Change Industrialisation function is a high-performing, focused and independent function within GIS that drives business change across the Global Computacenter Organisation to support Computacenter’s strategy, growth and organizational transformation goals.  

 

We act as the custodian of Computacenter’s Group Operating Model in terms of its rules, design and principles to ensure that the Operating Model is understood and adopted through execution of any strategic business change in collaboration with all the different Business functions of Computacenter.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Reporting to the Head of Business Change (Industrialisation) you will
  • Define design and lead large-scale strategic and complex Business Change Programmes within the Industrialisation Business Change Portfolio, working collaboratively with teams across the Business to ensure successful implementation and adopting PROSCI change management practices.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Business Change Team members and Business Stakeholders involved in the execution of a Business Change.
  • Be able to articulate the Business Value Generation strategy for Change Initiatives.
  • Be able to articulate technical information to all Business stakeholders involved in the execution of a Change.
  • Where required, oversee the contracting of, and the direction of external third-party stakeholders contributing to implementation of the Business Change
  • Own the issues and risk mitigation strategy to ensure successful implementation, escalating to the Head of Business Change (Industrialisation) as required.
  • Be accountable for the production of Change Management Strategy, Change Management MS Project Plans, Impact Assessments and other key PROSCI Change Management collateral as required
  • Other specific accountabilities include:
  • Scope Management (own the Change Management Strategy to include definition of the Programme scope with a precise understanding of the Programme structure required for its successful implementation.
  • Own the Change Management Plan (and be accountable for on-time implementation of the Change programme including leading and managing all associated stakeholders and contributors to the programme plan.
  • Accountable for Business Resource management and the People Plan
  • Business value generation – using Change Management principles to drive, where possible, additional business value to the Business Case.
  • Be able to understand and articulate where organisational model changes or impacts arising from a Business Change Programme.
