About the function and the role
Our Change Management team is responsible for large-scale Business Change Initiatives within Computacenter. The team are subject matter experts in their own field but have a common deep knowledge of company, its principles and its organisational functions, processes and systems.
With a successful track record of Business Change Implementation, our Change Management team is now expanding are looking to introduce a Change Co-ordinator to support implementation of Business Change Initiatives within our Portfolio.
Your future tasks will be…
Reporting to the Business Change Portfolio Manager you will Support Change Managers in implementing Change Initiatives by managing assigned tasks and activities from the Change Implementation Plan, to include, but not limited to
On a daily basis:
- Fulfil change co-ordinator activities relevant to assigned work covering activity tracking, risk management, travel, resource and cost management, ensuring adherence to the Change Management Office governance standards, processes and practices
- Work with stakeholders to communicate resource requirements, build implementation schedules and produce required implementation deliverables
- Be accountable for on-time execution of assigned activities and tasks, escalating any delays, risks or issues to the Change Manager
- Support the Business Change Portfolio Manager in establishing the Change Management Office governance standards, processes and practices.
- Provide status reports to the Change Manager for assigned activities, tasks and events.
- Organising and hosting workshops and meetings, managing attendee invites and arranging rooms and dial-in facilities
- Attending workshops and meetings, producing minutes and notes
- Support the Change Manager in production of, and management of, a Change implementation plan
- Production of implementation collateral such as Presentations and Reports on behalf of the Change Manager including collating and organising associated data being reported or presented.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- Experience in delivering small projects or assigned tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Attending to detail, applying consistency and follow-through on ongoing activities.
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, ideally with expertise in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with people from many different disciplines and backgrounds.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented global culture
- Ability to multi-task, be organised and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be self-sustaining, work independently and remain accountable.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information under pressure
- Ability to be flexible and multi-task on a daily basis
- Confidence that you can thrive in a fast-paced Business Change environment
- Ability to travel based on business need
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
- Formal accreditation or certification in Project or Change Management is desirable
