Working in Inside Sales means you will be part of a customer-focused team that delivers a great experience to their customers by sourcing their technology requirements. You will be working in a team of over 600 colleagues across the globe using a range of skills focused on pre-sales, order management and post-sales operations. The Inside Sales Team aim to “Be The Best” in helping their customers change the world by being a trusted, agile and innovative provider of technology sourcing services. As part of Inside Sales, you will be part of a team that aims to provide knowledge, experience and expertise to their customers whilst also delivering value, improving their profitability and efficiency.

What you’ll do
For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards a Business Administration level 3 qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will spend about 80% of your time in work and 20% to studying toward your qualification.
You will also be supporting in the following:
- Managing and placing customer orders using our internal technological systems
- Communicating directly with customers and dealing with any queries
- Producing and generating customer reports to showcase the service being provided
- Reaching out to our partners including the likes of Apple, Microsoft, and Dell for information regarding customer orders
- Collaborating and working closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient service to our customers
- Building your network across the business and maintaining key working relationships
- Studying toward Level 3 Business Administration qualification
What you’ll need
- You will also need to have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s including both your Maths, English Language GCSE grade 4/ C or above.
- You’ll need to have a passion for the evolving world of business and technology.
- You’re meticulous in your approach, and you enjoy working as part of a team and putting your customers first.
- You’ll need to have communication and organisation skills and a desire to not only learn but to achieve!
- You should be confident in using computer software including Microsoft Office
Please note that for successful applicants, offers will be conditional on passing additional eligibility checks with our training provider which will include a Maths and English assessment and a review of any previous qualifications you hold. Due to the funding requirements of the apprenticeship, applicants must not already hold a business administration level 3 standard, GNVQ, BTEC or equivalent qualification to be eligible for this programme.
