Life on the team
You will be joining the Global Services Backoffice team, which is part of Group Commercial Management. GSBO support our external/internal customers from contract setup in our SAP system, invoicing, managing all transactions between all the Computacenter entities, specialised onsite tasks direct with the customer and data analysis and reporting. The UK team currently has 48 people based in the UK, Budapest and India and is continuing to grow as the business and needs of our customers grow. The GSBO UK team is part of the larges GSBO area, that have teams in Germany, France, US, Hungary & Netherlands, with new countries continuing to come onboard.
It is important to note that this position is customer site based (Greenwich) with 3 days onsite.
What you’ll do
- Maintain a record of the software licences and maintenance held on the client estate.
- Action all tickets assigned to License Management queue within (ITSM) Remedy.
- Record the details of new licence/renewal software licences on software log template.
- Transfer details from licence template to new software log weekly and publish this on SharePoint.
- Run monthly report of software licence/maintenance renewals due, with expiry date 6 months ahead and raise service requests for these in Remedy.
- Record service request details on the Renewals log sheet.
- Handle and deal with emails queries within the client IN Box in Outlook
- Maintain login details for the Software Licence Portals.
- Obtaining software details using the clients internal SAP application system.
- Look at ways of continuing to improve the day-to-day tasks that you do.
- Attend any account/team meetings as required.
- Will work from client site and part remote working
- Chasing vendors where they haven’t responded to the renewal request
