Our Inside Sales organisation is now looking for an Administrator to join us in a 12-month fixed term contract. So, who are we?
We are a forward-thinking commercially minded team which owns and manages the customer experience, including pre-sales activity such as customer bid pricing, sales quotations, and sales related enquiries.
In short, we work closely with several different stakeholders including our customers, sales, operations and expert services teams to ensure our customers receive the ultimate customer experience and pricing, tailored to their individual projects and requirements.
We foster a collaborative team environment which will nurture your training and development in our sector.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role working with one of our most prestigious clients to ensure their order process is smooth and delivers fast pricing and excellent customer service.
• Order coordination from the initial request enquiry through to completion
• Generate and send an order acknowledgement to the customer
• Cross-check the accuracy of the request
• Owning full customer service for allocated orders, communicating and updating with internal and external stakeholders (client, sales and 3rd party suppliers)
• Coordinate with all internal groups to ensure proper communication and achieve high service levels
• Review the backlog daily for orders
• Perform data validation to ensure data consistency
