Our Edinburgh Office is looking for a Branch Administrator/ Receptionist who is enthusiastic, can connect with people and diverse cultures, and has the willingness to pick up new and varied tasks.

The successful Branch Administrator will  report to the Local office CM (Customer Management) Team Leader. The role will work under general supervision and use discretion in solving problems and determine when a problem needs escalating. Work is reviewed at frequent milestones.

 

What you will be doing?

 

  • Ensuring compliance with all management information reports & branch documentation through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data
  • Prioritise and co-ordinate own, and others work schedules to ensure that business and customer needs are met, and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ascertain colleague  & customer requirements to ensure smooth operational activity and direct any queries to relevant stakeholders
  • Able to communicate on complex issue to meet branch, business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
  • Manage all Edinburgh meeting room bookings, provide cover for the Manchester office as required and assess cost implication of best solution to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

 

What will you bring?

  • Experience of relevant business systems e.g., SAP, MS Word, PPT, Excel & Outlook & CRM Applications such as Salesforce
  • Plans & organises own workload
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
