Senior Pricing Architect
About the role
Sr Costing/Pricing Analyst (SCPA) is responsible for the development and completion of service commercials (costing and pricing) within Computacenter commercial policies. SCPA will be required to co-ordinate costing input from multiple internal stakeholders. This role is designed as a growth position with a pathway to become a Lead Commercial Architect. The individual will gain exposure to complex deal structuring, pricing strategy, and customer engagement over time.
What you'll be doing
- Designer of deal commercials and costing/pricing output in line with company’s commercial policy.
- Contact for commercial deal matters and expertise for internal audiences
- Production of proforma (income statement) and pricing scenarios, including analysis, recommendations and considerations of different margin approaches.
- Assist with creation of customer facing pricing artifacts and reporting.
- Validation of overall deal assumptions as part of sales pursuits as well ensuring that the agreed to service design (solution) is reflected in the costs.
- Assist with determining pricing strategies and charging mechanisms that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Work with the Lead Deal Architect as the solution is developed from an end-to-end commercial perspective based on understanding of customer specific business needs / requirements and budgets.
- Understand commercial concepts including, but not limited to, accounting principles such as indexation, taxation, international billing, financing, amortization, payment profiles, currency/exchange rates and intercompany margin.
- Understanding and managing the financial aspects of pricing products and services such as financial statements, costs, cash flows and sales forecasts.
- Identification and quantification of commercial risk and opportunity.
- Learn/apply company Commercial Policy in our pre-approved commercial, operational & financial terms and the consequences of deviating from these standards.
- Liaise with and influence other teams to remove barriers to quality, success and understanding and identification of opportunities for deal optimization.

What you have
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Business Information Systems) or equivalent experience in Finance
- Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience in the commercial capacity, preferably with large IT Outsourcing Global companies
- Knowledge of market and competitive pricing as related to IT Services outsourcing
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written – credible at all levels of the organization and in different country contexts
- Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal
- Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical mindset/approach to work

- Ability to organize own workload and manage competing priorities
- Cope with pressure and short deadlines
