Asset Manager Analyst

Position Overview

As an Asset Manager Analyst, you will collaborate with the Sales team and Customers to provide data analytics needed to help run their IT business.  You will present demos to customers, collect financial and vendor data, and provide details back to the customer in a timely manner.



  • 3+ years of experience working in Asset Management
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share the platform and product demo
  • Aptitude to understand customer business needs
  • Gather critical information for data analysis and compliance review
  • Analyze financial and vendor data
  • Provide timely data insights
  • Build, standards, procedures, and action items based on the data provided for the customer
  • Effectively communicate your results with Customers and Sales team
  • Ability to stay up to date and learn new technology in an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

In addition to executing on the above list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires you to provide guidance, direction, mentorship and coaching on the same to your team, as well as, to lead, inspire and support your team in support of growing their businesses.


Education & Experience Required

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Associate degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.


Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with Hardware or Software Asset Management a plus
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft OS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Flexera tools is a plus (IT Visibility and ITSAM)
  • Imperative to have excellent time management skills.
  • Able to investigate and determine anomalies
  • Self-starter with ability to explore additional areas of the business as requested.
  • Resourceful and ability to exercise judgment with supervision.
  • Able to work and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while demonstrating teamwork and great communication.
  • Professional interaction with all levels of the organization.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, SAP or other ERP/CRM systems.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
