PMO Governance Lead

Owner of Group IS (GIS) Project Management Office
GIS change and development centre of excellence including the Development & Change Framework (DCF) maintenance
Major change and service development regulatory compliance
Business Operations including new work assessment and take on

 

Accountabilities
Own the centre of excellence for change management across GIS
Work with CTO (chief technology officer) and SM (service management) functions to assess new demand and provide high level plans, costs and risks to portfolio owners for approval
Own the front door process, cross charging and budgets
Own communications for SD&C including management of all change resourcing across GIS

 

Ideal candidate
Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organisation 
Maintain effective relationships with third party suppliers 
Focus on our customer relationships and impact on our customer service 
Exemplary communication skills 
Possess the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
