As we continue to expand our operations in South Africa, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dedicated team.
Role Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and acquiring the best talents for Computacenter South Africa. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles. You'll be a brand ambassador, representing Computacenter and promoting our values and opportunities within the job market.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited):
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process and employer branding.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7 years) in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technology-related roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of the South African job market and recruitment landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
