Senior Deal Assurance Manager (French Speaking)

Description:

The main responsibility of the Deal Assurance Manager role is to support our Deal Teams and Group Delivery in all Delivery countries by ensuring proper tender management.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender process for complex Major international Deals inside of our Group Delivery organization supporting our Sales force in getting all relevant sign-offs from internal instancies before offer submission to the customer
  • Creating risk profiles and risk mitigation strategies with clear responsibility overviews.
  • Ensuring that decisions about accepted risks of sales opportunities are made in an informed, proven and transparent manner .
  • Taking responsibility for internal review and approval processes with Senior Management teams.
  • Support Group Delivery representators to enable growth in our business . 
  • Performing SAT (Solution) assessment Sign-Off.
  • Continuous alignement with Deal Enablement functions to ensure non-standard services are disigned and costing for them is created.
  • Mediating between different internal actors from the fields of Sales and Group Delivery on a Senior Management level.
  • Monitoring and understanding actual Computacenter Portfolio to support deal teams in standard service identification/evaluation.
  • Facilitate desicion sessions with Senior Management stakeholders.
  • Present deal solutions to relevant decision makers and document outcome.
  • Ensure that all performing units comply with the policies prescribed by the company on how to proceed in tenders.
  • Cooperating and supporting international departments.
  • Coaching of Deal Assurance Managers regularly.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Have experience in working with multiple functions to assess risk levels and establish correct mitigation plans.
  • Gained experience in a similar organization and services as Computacenter.
  • Have proven track record of working in virtual teams to support solution process.
  • Fluent in English and very good in French.
  • Awareness of Standard Service Catalogue disciplines and standard ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel to Customer and other Computacenter offices.
  • Knowledge of law ristrictions in banking area or public sector is and advantage.
  • Min. five years of IT professional experience with customers or manufacturers.
  • Experience with project management & risk management in MS/Outsourcing bids.
  • Knowledge of the legal provisions in the banking sector or in the public sector.
  • Very good knowledge of French and English, strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience in working with international teams.
