Partner Support Renewal Specialist
About the role
The Partner Renewal Generalist has general knowledge regarding the full lifecycle of high-volume vendor support for quoting and ordering of on time renewals. The Renewal Contract Generalist will focus on several key and transactional partners creating timely quotes and on time orders for their assigned partners. They will be able to work on many partners and internal toolsets. This requires communication and cooperation with Sales staff and other internal staff to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Salary range: $65K USD
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Run regular reporting (according to standard set) on assigned partners to ensure timely renewal preparation.
- Work closely with manufacturers to obtain complete list of contracts for customers coming up for renewal and merge accordingly.
- May request quote creation for transactional vendors to other resources.
- Review and adjust details given by vendor accordingly to provide accurate quote for the customer.
- Review and maintain opportunities in Salesforce for partner renewals and transactional vendors.
- Partners with the business leaders to determine correct pricing for the customer for assigned and transactional vendors.
- Create a quote or quote template for the customer quotes with accurate quoting/ordering details.
- Send the quote or quote template to the business leader for presentation to the customer noting any anomalies or questions to the customer that may have been highlighted during the review.
- Create material request as needed.
- If revisions are requested by the business leader from the customer, then Partner Renewal Generalist will be responsible for making changes in the required SLA.
- Receive purchase order from Sales team or Named Account Renewal Manager.
- Place the Sales Order under the proper customer entity.
- Ensure that customer billing takes place in a timely manner.
- Update the Vendor portals and details with necessary information per the customer request.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you have
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Good knowledge and experience with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office and MS Teams
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.
- Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains.
- Team-oriented working and thinking.
