Partner Alliance Marketing Manager
About the role
The Partner Alliance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that strengthen Computacenter’s relationships with strategic OEM partners in the US. This role ensures that Partner Alliance initiatives are supported with targeted marketing campaigns, collateral, events, and branding that align with both vendor priorities and Computacenter’s growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Vendor Engagement
- Work with partners to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Partner closely with Partner Alliance leadership and Partner Alliance Managers (PAMs) to understand vendor priorities and joint business plans.
- Translate vendor engagement objectives into actionable marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ensure Computacenter’s value proposition is consistently represented in OEM-facing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop a US-specific vendor marketing strategy aligned to key OEM partners.
- Plan and deliver marketing activities that drive awareness, pipeline creation, and partner satisfaction.
- Create and manage joint marketing calendars with vendors, ensuring alignment with key sales initiatives.
Collateral Development & Enablement
- Build and maintain vendor-specific marketing collateral (battle cards, playbooks, case studies, solution briefs).
- Support PAMs and sales teams with customer-facing content tailored to industry verticals and regions.
- Ensure alignment with Computacenter branding guidelines and messaging.
Campaigns & Moments that Matter
- Design and execute campaigns around critical “Moments that Matter” (QBRs, product launches, co-selling events).
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, roadshows, and digital campaigns in collaboration with vendors.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and share ROI metrics with leadership and vendors.
Branding & Consistency
- Ensure Computacenter branding is applied consistently across all vendor marketing activities.
- Serve as a quality gatekeeper for external-facing materials and communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the US Sales and Marketing teams to integrate vendor marketing with broader Computacenter initiatives.
- Partner with Global Marketing to leverage existing assets and replicate best practices.
- Act as the point of contact between US Alliances and the Marketing function. Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
What you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in vendor, alliance, or partner marketing — preferably in IT reseller, distributor, or OEM environment.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing dynamics and OEM partnership models.
- Proven ability to create compelling collateral, campaigns, and customer-facing programs.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple vendor priorities and manage limited resources effectively.
- Increased vendor satisfaction with US marketing support.
- Measurable contribution of marketing activities to OEM-influenced pipeline and sales growth.
- Delivery of consistent and professional vendor-facing collateral and campaigns.
- Successful definition and execution of “Moments that Matter” initiatives.
- Clear alignment between vendor marketing activities and Partner Alliance strategy.
