Your future tasks will be...

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.
Working within our experienced team you will be able to get to know new business models, develop your own knowledge and improve our services as well.
 
On a daily basis:

• You co-ordinate XaaS deals in Computacenter’s ERP system and manage clearing vendor invoices
• You check and validate consumption data against Vendor invoices
• You prepare data for sales and create purchase orders
• You create reports based on customer requirements
• You manage invoice queries and support resolutions
• You ensure vendor invoices and credits are processed correctly
• You support the exploration of details of new consumption/subscription opportunities to advise on processes to transact efficiently.

You are the ideal candidate if…
 

• You have at least 3 year experience in a commercial related position
• You are fluent in English (Additional French or German would be an advantage)
• You have strong administrative and good communication skills
• You have a customer and sales orientated mindset
• You are confident with MS office especially with Excel
• You are self-motivated and able to work in a remote team.

You have an advantage if… 

• You are familiar with SAP
• Knowledge about administrative partner portals can be an advantage (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, Cisco CCW)
• You have experience with accounting principles.
