Our Group Technology Sourcing Training and Education team is looking for a motivated and innovative Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve high-quality learning solutions that support business objectives, enhance employee capability, and promote a culture of continuous development. If you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, leveraging digital learning technologies, and helping individuals achieve their full potential, we'd like to hear from you.

 

On a daily business: 

  • Support design and creation of training programmes for new starters, operational teams, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support the development of structured learning content including presentations, facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and interactive assessments. Adapt content for different experience levels ensuring clarity and relevance. 
  • Deliver engaging training to a high standard, ensuring delivery is inclusive, accessible, and appropriate for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain existing training content.
  • Translate and adapt learning materials as necessary.
  • Adopt digital learning tools such as Easygenerator, EasyVideo, Synthesia and Microsoft Copilot to support training programmes.
  • Remain up to date core GTS operational applications.
  • Monitor learners' progress and support their development throughout training programme.
  • Provide feedback on learners performance, interaction and behaviour to line managers.
  • Highlight opportunities for improvement and work with colleagues to review implement where necessary.
  • Ensure best practice and consistent groupwide training approach is followed.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local GTS stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regular user group feedback sessions and support implementation of any resulting change activities.
  • Manage time to ensure objectives and stakeholder project timelines are met.
  • Effectively manage your training responsibilities ensuring the central GTS Training & Education calendar is up to date.

 

 

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • You have track record of success in a similar role
  • You are fluent in English (Additional French would be a huge advantage)
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and use them confidently in your work
  • You have a knowledge of learning technology tools
  • You effectively coordinate, organise and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and can work to a deadline
  • You deliver excellent customer service and build positive experiences for customers and colleagues
  • You confidently build relationships with internal contacts
  • You are flexible, adaptable and comfortable with change
  • You have excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language
  • Resilience, and able to deal with difficult situations
  • Team-oriented working and thinking
  • Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
