About the function & the role…

To expand our Service Management team, we are looking for a Team Leader who could help us deliver our services to the customers. In this role we are looking for experienced professionals, who are not afraid to manage virtual teams. This person reports to the Service Manager.


Your daily tasks will be:


  • To plan and schedule resources on the account such as onsite engineers, stock inventories, etc.
  • Managing these onsite Engineers around the globe remotely. (Virtual team management)
  • Planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business needs, SLAs and deadlines are met.
  • Provide clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required.
  • Resolve customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact.
  • Produce management reports to allocate work and meet business requirements.
  • Exemplary Computacenter values; integrity, self-responsibility, motivation and customer orientation




  • 2+years’ experience of leading teams (Leading virtual team is advantage)
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong reporting skills, ability to ensure quality
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
  • Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Confident building relationships with key stakeholder and senior management
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Experience with Service Now or other ticketing tool
  • Experience with MTTN
