About the function & the role:

 

With more than 400 professionals from all over the world, Computacenter Hungary is a diverse Service Centre. Since its opening, our Budapest location became an international business HUB handling key aspects of Computacenter’s portfolio.

 

We are constantly looking for new talents for different areas such as IT Support, Finance, HR, Supply chain etc. to ensure the smooth operation of our site.

 

In Talent Acquisition team, we are responsible for talent attraction and selection, end to end candidate management and for local Employer Branding activities. In this role you will work on vacancies for Computacenter United Kingdom as part of Group Talent Acquisition. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders, managers, and candidates as well.

Your future tasks will be...

 

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and take ownership of your portfolio 
  • Identify and contact potential candidates
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business: manage day to day relationships and provide accurate reports ensuring high satisfaction and seamless deliver
  • Presenting candidates to the Hiring Manager and assist them through the recruiting process
  • Engage with current job boards, social networks, partners and platforms and create and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Ensure best practices, guidelines and initiatives of the Group Talent Acquisition function

 

You are the ideal candidate if....

 

  • You have 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition role
  • You are familiar with MS office, candidate databases and Social Networks
  • You can build and maintain relationship with candidates and hiring mangers as well
  • You have experience in sourcing channels and platforms including local job boards, global job boards, social media, local networks, campus recruiting, recruiting events and agencies.
  • You are an influencer on both sides - candidates and hiring managers
  • You are result-oriented, excellent in keeping deadlines and pay attention to details
  • You can work independently but you are a team player, constructive, flexible and responsible
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written) & additional German or French skills are advantages
