Software Services Lead Consultant

We are looking for a detailed orientated individual to join our new Software Services team hosted within our Group Technology Sourcing function.

 

The role is critical in ensuring we can deliver the global renewal service to our key customers. Working as part of a wider account and service team you will have a focus on data, on-boarding new customers, vendor liaison and time driven tasks. You will be responsible for the day to day output and delivery of the service.

Your future tasks will be...

 

  • Provide tracker updates to measure performance against SLA's
  • Day-to-day management of the local renewables team
  • Manage the on-boarding of new customers
  • Attend regular service reviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP within required timelines
  • Liaise with supplier contract management to onboard vendors
  • Manage the pipeline of tooling features and liaise with development function as needed
  • Manage multiple customer engagements and implementations
  • Responsible for the adoption of Computacenter best practice and servicing offerings to ensure consistency of service – liaising with account managers, GTS colleagues and legal

 

We are looking for you if you have…

 

  • 2-3 years working experience with software and hardware vendors
  • 1-2 years’ experience in operation or service management environments
  • Fluency in English; French langauge knowledge is an advantage
  • Advanced experience working in Excel 
  • Excellent proven customer service skills
  • Process driven with attention to detail
  • 1-2 years people management
  • Confident building relationships with key stakeholder & senior management
