About the function and teh role
As a fantastic opportunity has arisen, now you have the chance to join our global Employee Enablement team and continue your career as an Employee Enablement - Skill Advisor.
The succesfull candiate will be expected to deliver excellent customer service on a range of skills enquires sent to Employee Enablement, once requirements are investigated you will be able to provide solutions, advice and support. The Decidalo Resource platform will help you investigate skill enquires , alongside existing processes ,will help you deliver highly valued information to CC Management.

Your future tasks will be…
- Provide advisory and analytical support within your specialist area
- Utilise AI-Powered Decidalo system and processes to deliver service to our internal customers
- Participate in and co-ordinate business critical projects
- Advise on a range of skills enquires sent to Employee Enablement
- Establish productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain a high level of service to internal customers.
- Provide vital skills data to support commercial business decisions
- Guide colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement
- Take responsibility for the adoption and improvement of Computacenter best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service.
- Maintain skill records, prepare ad-hoc reports and manage information from skills data
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have experience of developing best practice policies and procedures
- You have experience in supporting development and implementation of initiatives in projects
- You are fluent in English, additionally German or French is an advantage
- You have good working knowledge of relevant functional systems, experience with HR data driven systems is an advantage
- You have a very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- You are the kind of person who pays attention to the details and can show excellent accuracy with data and complex information supplied to you
- You have a structured approach to your work, are organised and plan to make sure your work is focused and details are not missed
