Are you an experienced ServiceNow Analyst with a passion for optimizing HR processes? We’re looking for a ServiceNow HR Analyst to join our wonderful team in Budapest!
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop, design, and implement ServiceNow HR solutions, specifically within ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and ServiceDesk (HRSD). If you're skilled in creating seamless HR workflows, forms, and processes, we want to hear from you!
You will be part of a high-performing Global HR Systems team. This team is responsible for managing our People Systems across all geographies and is currently engaged in an exciting program to implement ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and Service Desk.
On a daily basis:
- Develop and design HR-related forms and processes within ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and ServiceDesk.
- Improving Employee Experiences: Enhance the overall employee experience by providing efficient and user-friendly HR services.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Support the HR Organisation to continuously improve and optimise our processes by harnessing our ServiceNow technology.
- Work with HR Teams using ServiceNow workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide technical expertise and ideas for future improvement opportunities aligned with ServiceNow releases.
- Participate and own testing of changes and releases moving into production environments.
- Continuously optimize and enhance HR processes based on feedback and system performance.
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have proven experience working with ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and ServiceDesk (HRSD).
- You are fluent in English.
- You have expertise in configuring and designing forms and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- You have experience of ServiceNow administration tasks
- You have experience in Knowledge and Now Assist modules, generating bespoke reporting and metrics within ServiceNow and in ServiceNow HRSD housekeeping and maintenance.
- You have exposure and understanding of integrations of ServiceNow to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and core datasets which enable end-to-end HR processes.
- You have problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- You have experience in working within an operating model that services both ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
You have an advantage if…
- You have Knowledge of HR business processes and systems.
- You have previous experience in Onboarding Journey workflows within ServiceNow.
- You have Knowledge of Agile Project Framework and / or Agile Service Management.
