We’re looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Recruiting module expert to advise on, influence, and enhance our global HR systems. You’ll work with our HR, TA, and IS teams to consult on and guide the optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules, ensuring a seamless experience for users. This role also plays a key part in consulting with global Talent Acquisition teams on future system innovation and technology strategy.

 

On a daily basis:

  • Provide day-to-day support and consultation and functional guidance for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into solution designs, coordinating with technical teams for execution.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of system issues, liaising with SAP support as needed
  • Collaborate on the review and validation of enhancements, integration needs, and testing outcomes
  • Consult with global TA teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Create and maintain requirements for reports and dashboards and guide their development to support Talent Acquisition insights
  • Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams
  • Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have at least 3–5 years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management/Marketing module
  • You have strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
  • You have experience reviewing configuration, understanding system impacts, and coordinating changes with system administrators or technical teams
  • You have proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements
  • You are an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • You are fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills
  • You have some experience of and interest in working with AI capabilities to enhance core technology and processes

 

Advantages:

  • Maintenance of SuccessFactors Roles and Permissions
  • Familiarity with provisioning and release management in SuccessFactors
