Senior Financial Associate-Intercompany

Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

·        Responsible for processing Margin Transfers between ECC6 entities.

·        Running intercompany reconciliation tool for all involved countries.

·        Analysing reconciliation results, following up unreconciled/aged items with the relevant finance teams.

·        Taking part in all intercompany related projects.

·        Identifying improvement / automation opportunities and leading them to implementation.

·        Keeping Standard Operating Procedures up to date.

·        Keeping Intercompany Ownership and Authorisation Matrixes up to date.

·        Providing customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.

·        Identifying own development needs in line with business objectives.

·        Assisting the business to understand and resolve potential issues.

·        Undertake other Finance tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

·        Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

You are ideal candidate if:

·        You understand the intercompany accounting principles.

·        You are fluent in English.

·        You have demonstrated an analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments.

·        You are able to take the initiative in identifying appropriate development opportunities.

·        You are able to define and follow instructions and procedures.

·        You have a proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

·        You have good working knowledge of relevant functional systems. (SAP, MS Office, Excel)

·        You have excellent communication skills.

·        You are able to multi-task and prioritise where appropriate.

·        You are able to ensure that pre-defined deadlines are regularly met.

·        You are able to analyze the root causes of problems and propose solutions and improvements.
