Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

• Act as a high-level consultant in your specialist area, guiding peers, customers, and direct reports to drive operational efficiency and ROI.
• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of tooling and infrastructure solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM platforms) to support operational excellence and business performance.
• Plan and execute initiatives that showcase clear value through case studies, feature enhancements, and infrastructure modernization.
• Align technical and tooling developments with GIS and broader business goals to ensure strategic coherence and adoption.
• Oversee tooling architecture, usage analytics, and process improvements to optimize workflows and reduce cost or time inefficiencies.
• Coach and develop your team to adopt a performance-driven mindset focused on outcomes, efficiency, and customer value.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with a focus on root cause analysis, using your operational process expertise to guide decisions.
• Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of services and promote best practice adoption.
• Build strong senior relationships to support cross-functional collaboration and innovation opportunities.
• Manage budgets and resources with a focus on maximizing the return on technology and process investments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards, reporting potential risks as necessary.
• Promote a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement across all initiatives and services.

You are ideal candidate if:

• You have an appropriate professional qualification and a strong academic background
• You are fluent in English and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• You bring extensive experience in operational tools, particularly platforms like ServiceNow, ITSM, or similar.
• You have a solid understanding of operational processes and how to translate them into efficient, scalable tool-based solutions.
• You have a proven record of delivering measurable improvements and ROI through tooling and infrastructure enhancements.
• You have experience aligning tooling developments within a global IT strategy.
• You’ve influenced senior stakeholders and driven change across complex organizational structures.
• You’ve developed and implemented best practices to support operational excellence and performance monitoring.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage and reflects your mindset of structured, data-driven improvement.
