Intervention Coordinator-Scheduler

Your future tasks will be to…

 

We are setting up a new team in Hungary for our partner to schedule services and organize physical interventions. This team decides about this intervention and arranges the local onsite technicians on the customer’s site.

 

Your tasks will be...

 

  • Gather information through relevant business systems/tools to ensure that relevant data is recorded.
  • Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalating where appropriate.
  • Understand the nature of the issue if onsite engineers or Service desk would be in charge
  • Provide good customer service to ensure that requests for information are provided to avoid customer escalations.
  • Scheduling services / organize interventions with partners to meet SLA’s
  • Proactively escalate issues and poor performance of engineers/partners
  • Prioritise own workload to ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are met.

 

You are the ideal candidate if you have....

 

  • Minimum 1 year experience as IT Service desk agent or equivalent field
  • Fluency in English, other language knowledge is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge with Service Now
  • Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • ability to plans & organise own workload
  • Experience of MTTN
  • Analytical skills/Ability to conduct analyses
  • Proven experience of high standards of customer service
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
