Partner Commercial Team Leader

Your future tasks will be…

We are looking for a Partner Commercial Team Leader to manage the Partner Commercial Support team within GSBO. In this role, you will lead the team’s day-to-day operations, support international service activities, and ensure high-quality commercial support for internal stakeholders and customers.

On a daily basis: 

• Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Commercial Support team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, backup planning, and people development.
• Plan, organise, distribute, and monitor team workload to ensure effective operational delivery.
• Support international in-life change requests, including qualification, pricing, and quotation activities within agreed deadlines.
• Act as an escalation point for Partner Commercial activities, supporting resolution of operational issues for the team and internal customers.
• Monitor the pipeline and ensure customer account support activities are fully documented.
• Ensure operational processes are followed consistently across Partner Commercial customer support activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Partner Managers, and other Services Partnering stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and support smooth collaboration.
• Manage reporting related to Partner Commercial activities, including in-country P&Ls, resource charging, cross-charge.
• Contribute to the governance of customer P&Ls and ensure international transaction processes remain compliant.
• Maintain and improve Partner Commercial processes, ensuring documentation is up to date, communicated, and stored appropriately.
• Promote continual improvement in line with the Partner Commercial framework and strategy.
• Act in accordance with information security policies and report any potential or actual security risks or events.

• You have process improvement mindset and the ability to support teams remotely.
• You have good understanding of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You have additional language skills are an advantage.
