P2P Team Leader

Your future tasks will be…

Reporting to the Category Manager, you will provide operational leadership and guidance across P2P Administration activities. You will manage and develop the team, actively contribute to day-to-day operations, collaborate with the global procurement organisation, and support Computacenter employees with P2P-related requirements.

On a daily basis: 

• Lead, coach and develop the P2P Administration team, including performance management and mentoring
• Provide operational guidance on P2P processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work alongside the team on daily activities, including reviewing purchasing requests, creating purchase orders in SAP, supporting invoice reconciliation and billing queries, and resolving general P2P queries
• Plan resources and ensure appropriate team coverage across supported countries and functions
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and stakeholder-related issues
• Produce and analyse reports to allocate work, monitor workloads, identify trends and support service performance
• Promote compliance with purchasing policies and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You have strong knowledge of P2P processes and relevant operational experience
• You have eople management experience, with the ability to motivate, guide and coordinate a team
• You have experience with Ariba and SAP S/4HANA
• You have strong stakeholder management, communication and prioritisation skills
• You have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and administrative capability
• You have good commercial awareness, numerical ability and critical thinking skills
• You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• If you contract management experience would be an advantage
