Junior Procurement Coordinator

Your future tasks will be...

On a daily basis:

• End to end responsibility of delivering IT infrastructure products for our client.

• Ensure on-time delivery, keep customer informed

• Coordinate with virtual teams and suppliers, driving actions and implementation

• Manage orders in clients workflow systems

• Ensure correct inventory is maintained

• Proactive jeopardy management and delivery against target lead times.

You are the ideal candidate if... 

• You are fluent in English

• You are interested in Procurement and have experience in a multinational environment

• You have experience with MS Office tools especially with Excel: formatting, basic formulas (total, sum), as advantage: Vlookup, Count A, Pivot 

• You have good interpersonal and communication skills

• You have good analytical skills

• You have a basic understanding of general contractual terms and conditions worldwide.
