Junior Accounts Payable Finance Subject Matter Expert

Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

• Updates the AP training curriculum and documentation, ensures new joiners are fully trained in AP processes.
• Supports the documentation of processes in AP teams & ensures process documentation is kept up to date and drives process improvement projects.
• Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and collaborates with CI team to determine priorities and executes on agreed programs accordingly.
• Tracks progress of improvement projects.
• Defines automation opportunities and collaborates with appropriate resource to implement solutions where appropriate.
• Supports the quality checks for all countries.
• Actively participates in current migrations.
• Supports performance reports for bonus calculation.
• Monitors and actions factoring interest charges for all countries.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and would like to utilize your already gained expertise 
• You are fluent in English
• You are good at networking and you like contacting internal colleagues and customers
• You know how to organise your day and prioritise your tasks
• You have advanced knowledge of SAP and MS office
• You have good presentation technique skills
• You have good administration and reporting skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
• You have good interpersonal and numeracy skills and are able to build relationships.
• You have a spirit of continuous improvement.
• You have experience mentoring and training others.
• You have experience in project related works (e.g Yellow belt, A3)
• You are able to understand and explain to others the purpose of the team’s work and impact of individual/team contribution on results, as well as their link to group objectives and strategies.
