HR Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen in People Analytics at Computacenter.  In this role, you will become part of a diverse, international team who are passionate about driving change and supporting success.  The demand for analytics is growing in CC and the HR People Analytics team is supporting this with our mission to inform our business and help to drive the People Strategy. There is enormous opportunity to make data and information accessible and you will play a key role in that journey.  Innovating our capabilities and tools, whilst providing reports and data analysis to our business to make data-driven, informed decisions.

 

On a daily basis:

 

  • To strategically partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, opportunities, or challenges they have and support with information and data analysis.
  • Manage and develop relationships, communicate with the stakeholders in a customer focused and solution-oriented way.
  • Provide valuable insights and interpret data to enable data-driven decisions for the organisation.
  • Produce regular & ad hoc reporting and analytics, developing HR databases and dashboards, which includes data management, making sure the data is accurate and relevant, to identify trends and insights.
  • Create presentations that deliver insights and encourage a healthy dependency on analytics.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

 

  • Proven experience of using data analytics skills (3+ years)
  • Ambitions to grow and develop your data analytics capability with new tools and methods
  • Ability visualise data, proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, SQL, Power-BI or equivalent data visualisation tools
  • Effective stakeholder management & networking skills. Ability to partner with C & D suite leadership level is essential
  • You have experience of presenting evidence based insights and you can manage your stakeholders with ease
  • Experience in delivering an excellent service to the customers.
  • Continuous improvement mind-set and proven problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English (oral & written)

 

  • Advantage: experience of working with HR Data.
