Group Business Controller Service

Your future tasks will be…

On a daily basis:

• Preparation of the monthly PnL forecast
• Monitoring and commenting on the development of results between "Actuals", plan and forecast
• Annual cost analyses of the installed base to verify costing factors, vs. actual costs
• Support management with the determination and definition of area ratecard, cross charging rates and charging models
• Monthly preparation of global stock KPIs and its communication
• Analyse, prepare and evaluate PnL results for discussion with management
• Identification and highlighting of commercial risks
• Deriving commercial control and improvement measures in close cooperation with divisional management
• Monthly monitoring of inventory and service cost vis-à-vis the spare part service providers
• Control and manage performance of global spare part providers
• Prepare monthly service reviews
• Ensuring the resolution of issues identified in service reviews, corrections and clarifications with the involved areas & providers
• Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet valuations for stock as well as the relevant postings for the month end closing
• Support and assistance with monthly and annual financial statements for Finance
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have economic studies (bachelor's degree) or professional vocational experience of at least three years.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have advanced knowledge of finance and accounting.
• You have very good analytical and strong commercial skills to prepare and present financials.
• You are highly motivated and have an independent working style.
• You are able to take decisions and implement them quickly and sustainably.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented approach.
• You are entrepreneurial and process-oriented in your thinking and acting.
• You are reliable, resilient and flexibe.
• You are good at good time management and self-organization, able to work in a structured way, even under pressure.
• You have a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to provide services.
• You are able to demonstrate absolute integrity and diligence.
• You are able to communicate confidently with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• You have excellent knowledge of SAP and MS-Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint).
