German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the function & the role:

 

  • Group Talent Acquisition has reach to an exciting chapter: in order to further improve our recruiting quality and expand our services, we are about to build a Talent Acquisition HUB in Hungary, where recruiting, talent souring, and talent analytics can be part of your role. Starting with recruiting support for Germany other countries will follow.

 

  • Computacenter Germany has more than 6.000 employees and one of the biggest recruiting needs within the company. The German TA Team supports our business areas with the search and selection of different roles starting from technicians and system engineers to sales and service roles to consultants, project managers and executives.

 

  • To begin we are now looking for remote support from a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Budapest working in close collaboration with the in-country Senior Recruiters.

 

Your future tasks will be...

 

  • Application management via SAP SuccessFactors: pre-screening and forwarding of applications, monitor active candidates, answering candidates’ questions, giving status updates, gather feedback from Hiring Managers, checking offers and approvals
  • Requisition management/job postings: Job advertisement writing and (re-) posting, research key words for best job title, compare with competitor ads
  • Working with in-country hiring teams, including Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Talent Sourcing or the German HR Helpdesk
  • Administrative tasks: maintaining overviews and tracking lists, for example for the German Works Council, Talent Acquisition cross-charge or billing & controlling for hiring fees

 

You are the ideal candidate if....

 

  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • You have gathered working experience in HR, preferably in a Talent Acquisition role
  • You have good interpersonal and communicational skills
  • You demonstrate an organized approach to work
  • You are result-oriented and excellent in keeping deadlines
  • You can and enjoy learning quickly new processes and areas
  • You have working knowledge of MS Office and any ATS
