German speaking Solution Architect - Workplace

Your future tasks will be…

•    You will develop creative, efficient, and low-risk solutions for managed services tenders, inspiring customers and colleagues alike.

•    You will work independently and follow defined processes to create coherent solution designs.

•    You will impress customers in presentations and contract negotiations with your expertise and demeanor.

•    You will maintain close contact with your team and customers to ensure project focus and goal orientation.

•    You will design solutions together with sales teams, partners, and service units, thereby contributing to overall success.

You are the ideal candidate if…

•    You have several years of experience in the workplace and remote service environment, preferably in managed services solution design

•    You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management

•    You have experience in designing client virtualization or service desk solutions

•    You have experience with calculation and modelling of managed services/operations

•    You are confident in using ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, Prince2)

•    You have strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and a team player

•    You are fluent German and very good English skills
