German speaking Service Management Office Specialist

Your future tasks will be...

 

On a daily basis:

 

Contract-compliant depiction of customer requirements (70-80 %)

 

  • Administrative support of the Service Manager
  • Document verification and distribution
  • Pre-sales support (filling of quotations)
  • Billing preparation: issuing, collecting and tracking of proofs of performance. Clarifying the deviations. Froward of the final documentation to the account/invoice department
  • Preparation and analysis of reports for the customers
  • Other general administrative tasks

 

Communication and relationship network (20-30%)

 

  • Active communication to related interfaces- Service Management, sales team, contract admins, Customer.)
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant parties to ensure a smooth process flow.

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

 

  • You have very good Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot charts, Vlook-up, etc.).
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
  • You have client oriented mind-set.
  • You are able to work remote in a team.
  • You are good at self-organisation and setting priorities.
  • You are process-oriented and think analytically.
  • You are very reliable.
  • You have some commercial understanding.
  • You are enthusiastic about supporting service managers and enjoy pulling the strings in back-office tasks.
