German speaking Senior Team Leader

The Team Leader role focuses on the day to day management of a set of team members for an assigned process and is active contributing on their daily tasks. In addition to people management, the team leader is also responsible for the delivery of the relevant SLAs, OLAs by team members.

The Senior Team Leader in this position:


  • Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs, SLAs, OLA and deadlines are met
  • Provides clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
  • Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
  • Produce management reports to allocate work and meet business requirements
  • Technical responsibility for assigned teams
  • Feedback interviews
  • Review the performance & development process of the team in line of CC policies
  • Exemplary Computacenter values; integrity, self-responsibility, motivation and customer orientation
  • Reporting into an Operations manager function
  • Having a Team leader as direct report
  • Being a SPOC for the relevant Service Management team and internal Delivery Management
  • Attendance (in low amount) on customer calls to provide potential assistance (if any need) for Service Management


Necessary skills/capabilities for the position:


  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Possible experience in communication with internal Service Management, possible experience in Transition
  • Possible experience in standardization
  • High level of Stress management skills
  • Ability of flexible hours
  • Ability to coach team members to recognise and use each other's strengths to achieve team goals
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports  
  • Ensure, Maintain & improve the Continuous Improvement mentality and level in the team
  • Team player with collaborative and supportive style
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
