German speaking HR Helpdesk Administrator

Your future tasks will be…

 

As part of the HR Helpdesk we are looking for our next colleague who will play a vital role in supporting the German Talent Acquisition team.

In this position you will be responsible for helping out the German Colleagues with their administrative tasks and their job posting-related activities.

 

On a daily basis:

  • Assist with job postings on various job boards and platforms
  • Posting, modify, re-posting job advertisments in accordance with their legal requirements
  • Checking and quality management of job advertisement
  • Keeping close contact with the German Talent Acquisition team members
  • Creating and updating spreadsheet related to job ads
  • Keeping track on the different location changes, modify them if it is required.

 

You are the ideal candidate if....

 

  • You have intermediate English knowledge and fluency in German both orally and written. (Having any additional European language knowledge is an advantage)
  • You have strong computer literacy, including MS package
  • You are pro-active, flexible, enjoying taking place and contributing to the development of a new and forming function
  • You have logical thinking, solving problems resourcefully and fast is not a problem for you
  • You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
  • You have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • You are trustful, able to handle confidential data in the right manner
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You have experience in Service Desk environment /HR Helpdesk experience counts as an advantage.
