German or French speaking HR Trainee - Learning& Development -(L&D)

Your future tasks will be… 

Are you looking to kickstart your HR career in a dynamic, multinational Shared Service Center? Join us as our new HR Trainee and contribute to shaping Learning & Development initiatives that support our employees throughout their entire career journey.

As part of our HR team, you will support the development, coordination, and communication of Learning & Development programs and frameworks.

On a daily basis:

• Support the design, development, and rollout of L&D programs and initiatives
• Checking internal documents to see if they are accurate
• Assist in creating and maintaining L&D standards, frameworks, and documentation
• Manage content creation for internal communication channels
• Prepare and post internal and external L&D communications
• Maintain L&D‑related administrative tasks and databases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate communication around learning activities

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have ongoing studies, preferably in HR, psychology, organizational development, or a related field
• You can commit to at least 20 hours/week
• You speak fluent English and German or French
• You are enthusiastic about people’s development and continuous learning
• You have strong MS Office skills
• You bring a proactive, supportive, and positive approach
• You have good communication, organization, and administrative skills
• You are reliable, punctual, and manage your time well
• You are confident multitasking and handling diverse tasks.
